April Business Spotlight: FIT4MOM Lemont
FIT4MOM is the country's largest pre and postnatal health, wellness and fitness company for ALL stages of motherhood. All programs were made by moms, for moms. FIT4MOM offers fitness and wellness programs for women at every stage of motherhood. They seek to inspire "Strength in Motherhood" by providing a full range of fitness classes, educational programs and community support. In their research-backed programs, women have the opportunity to join a community to get an appropriate workout that is flexible for motherhood. Each program is unique in format and design to meet the unique needs of each stage of motherhood. While fitness is an important aspect of what they do, they also want to foster connections between moms with Mom's Night Out events and Book Clubs.
