Gost Coffee Roasters is the local business Realtopia will be featuring in January 2022. Located in New Lenox,1333 S Schoolhouse Rd, New Lenox, IL 60451, Gost is a “roaster of premium coffee,” according to their website. They make specialty coffee and roast it on site. Their site even says they recommend only a certain number of days before the flavor of the roast is not as good as it is if you drink it within 5-14 days of roasting. They take roasting very seriously and it shows! 

They sell their coffee in small batches to ensure the freshness too! 

The testing process for their roasts include testing for smoothness, complexity of flavors to make sure nothing is off, ensuring nothing is under-roasted or charred and making sure their is some aroma that embodies the flavor notes of the roast.
