1 Happy Girl Boutique, is a boho clothing boutique currently located nearby in Lemont and New Lenox, Illinois. But their journey started over a decade ago. 

Paige Schwartz, the owner, had a dream of starting a boutique and began an online store in 2008. The first, physical store was opened in Lemont, IL by Paige and her mom Dawn Schwartz. Sales were booming and a second location was opened in Saugatuck, Michigan. But the growth did not stop, in 2016, a third location was opened in Glen Ellyn, IL. This location is now their headquarters and their most recent location was opened in New Lenox, IL. 

So what is 1 Happy Girl all about? Their boho style is truly gorgeous and they have something for everyone! From the basics to the “not so basics,” as their site says, their clothes and jewelry are AMAZING.

“They have the most unique clothing items and beautiful jewelry! We never leave the store empty-handed," Ashley York, designated managing broker of Realtopia said. 

1 Happy Girl has also maintained their online store as well with hundreds of options available for purchase at the touch of a button. 

Their styles also range for every season, meaning there is truly always something to find in store or online! 

They even have a home section! This section features cook books and more! So to say you can find SO MUCH at this boutique is an understatement.
