Realtopia to celebrate five year anniversary

Realtopia Real Estate, 936 S. State Street, Lockport, IL,  is celebrating 5 years as a brokerage on July 17, 2022. They are a brokerage who pride themselves on their innovative technology and their office culture. From the latest programs to a family atmosphere, this brokerage is just getting started doing amazing things. 

Since July 2017, they have grown to over 50 agents, and have closed over $251 million in sales volume and completed over 940 transactions. Primarily working in the Chicagoland/suburban areas, they have outreach to Northern and Central Illinois and Southwest Indiana. They also have agents and referral partners who speak Spanish and specialize in helping bilingual speaking clients. 

Realtopia is also proudly women-owned and run. Ashley York, Designated Managing Broker and Kristen Shedor, Managing Broker, have been in real estate for more than 15 years combined. They know the industry inside and out and want the best for their agents and clients. 

Also, coming from a business and customer services background, Ashley and Kristen are  constantly on the lookout for the newest and best programs and technology to help their agents’ transactions go as smoothly as possible. This technology also helps agents work from ANYWHERE. Some Realtopia brokers live in Arizona and Florida but still do business in IL.
