Angel joined Realtopia Real Estate in 2021 as a newly licensed agent and she achieved over $2.1 million in sales volume during her first 12 months as an agent! Angel utilized our training and technology to learn the business and was even able to leave her full time job to become a full-time agent within her first year with the brokerage.

"When I was choosing brokerages to interview, I had a list of some of the big brokerages to call. I had no intentions of going with a smaller brokerage because I wanted to make sure I got all of the training, mentoring, and tools I needed and I didn't think I could get this from a smaller brokerage. Someone had mentioned Realtopia so I figured why not add them to the list. I started with an interview with Coldwell Banker. They didn't check all of the boxes, but they checked enough to make me think I was going to choose them. Then I got on the call with Realtopia. I had my list of questions in front of me. As we talked they answered every single one of my questions without me even asking, almost in order as if they could see my notebook and answered them with the exact answer I was looking for. Realtopia checked all of the boxes and honestly seemed too good to be true. I decided I would try it out, but I was afraid that I would not get adequate training. To my surprise Realtopia's training was amazing. Not only were there new trainings often, but there was also an agent website with all of the old trainings on demand for viewing at any time. The top 3 things I was looking for in a brokerage were culture, education/training, and technology/tools. Realtopia exceeded everything I could have hoped for in not only these 3 categories, but really every category that you consider when choosing a real estate brokerage. I was also so impressed with the warm welcome I received from everyone. Looking for a way to get back into the work force after going from a stay at home mom to a single mom, Angie found real estate was the perfect fit. She got licensed at the very end of 2021. With her first brokerage, she had a few leads that she was unable to convert. Then, the one transaction that she completed in 2022 she felt unable to provide the level of service that she knew she was capable of because of a lack of support.

I love that a lot of the trainings are recorded so that I can watch them when I get time or as questions arise. The in person trainings are worth while also and usually accompanied by good food and great vendor partners.
